5 capstans in total; 4 capstans are same and exchangeable; the last capstan is independent

The surface of capstans are treated with tungsten carbide

1-4. Oil pipe of drawing: There are pipes are set up above the dies and capstans for cooling and lubrication; the capstans are totally immersed in drawing oil when machine is running.

Spray lubrication for gears and bearings;

There is a visible spot on the mechanical lubrication oil box for oil inspecting.
